The 160 Trinity Avenue project is a 61,399-square-foot, 3-story structure. It is a City of Atlanta office building located in the middle of the Downtown Atlanta Government Center. The building was designed to include a VRF system and LEED certification.
Porsche South Orlando | Orlando, FL
As the nation’s largest Porsche dealership, Porsche South Orlando has a 120,000-square-foot sales and service area with a 2-story showroom. The facility is also LEED Silver Certified.
115 East Broad Street | Athens, GA
Located at 115 East Broad Street is a new construction, 6-story mixed-use building. With a total of 31,663 square feet, the structure includes 19,256 square feet of office and 12,138 square feet of retail space, as well as Athens’ first rooftop restaurant. With solar panels and a green roof up top, the building will meet LEED gold standard.
The Malone | Atlanta, GA
Attiva Malone is a NGBS development of a 55+ living community. The facility is approximately 440,000 square feet and includes retail space, a leasing office, and amenities including demonstration cooking.
PNC Bank | Atlanta, GA
Located at 1075 Peachtree Street, the PNC Bank project is a fit out of a 27,000-square-foot office tower floor from an empty shell condition. The project included individual offices, open office space, conference rooms, a café, a storage room, a reception area, and an elevator lobby. The design is LEED silver certified.
Greenwood Industrial Park Lot 900 | McDonough, GA
The Greenwood Industrial Park – Lot 900 project involves the design of a 291,200-square-foot speculative warehouse with 4,000 square feet of office space. The facility is being designed with sustainable features in pursuit of LEED certification.
152 Vine Street | Atlanta, GA
On 152 Vine Street, we provided the MEP design for a single 3-story apartment building with a basement. The EarthCraft-certified project consists of 6 unit types with a total of 76 units.
The Residences at Newnan Crossing | Newnan, GA
The project scope includes a 3-story apartment building with 74 units that are restricted to those who are aged 55 and older. The EarthCraft-certified community also has controlled and secure access points for the resident’s safety.
Havenwood | Elberton, GA
With 50 senior living units, Havenwood is a 4-story multi-family residential facility. The EarthCraft-certified building totals 58,873 square feet with a multi-purpose room, covered patio, games/activity area, wellness center, exam room, fitness center, and work area.
